Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has urged the club’s supporters to rally behind the team after their first win of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Dreams FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex in Tema on Monday September 22, 2025, to record their opening three points of the campaign.

Dramani emphasised that the club belongs to the fans and called on them to make their presence felt at matches to inspire the players.

“We want the fans to come to the stadium. They should let their presence be felt. The team is theirs. We are trying to make the team better for them. We are giving them a clear identity and direction,” he said after the match.

Midfielder Mohammed Hussein’s 14th-minute strike proved decisive, as he reacted first to a loose ball inside the penalty area and calmly slotted past Dreams goalkeeper Gidios Aseako.

The goal ultimately secured Hearts’ first win following last weekend’s disappointing goalless draw with newly promoted Hohoe United.

The result moves Hearts of Oak to four points from their opening two games, while Dreams FC remain rooted at the bottom after back-to-back defeats.
