Welterweight Harlem Wagner returned to the win column with a dominant performance over Canada’s Josh Wagner tonight in Brighton, U.K. Eubank used his speed against the taller man, darting in-and-out, feinting, jabbing and leaving Wagner second guessing himself. Wagner was bloodied by the fourth and whenever he tried to change tactics or pick up the pace, it yielded little return. Eubank lost a total of one point on one judge’s card to win by scores of 100-90 twice and 99-91, to improve to 22-1, 9 KOs, while Wagner falls to 19-2, 10 KOs. IBF welterweight champ Lewis Crocker was on hand and there is talk of a potential matchup between the two next year.
