Adu Safowaah has marked the 1st anniversary of her attempt at the Guinness World Record (GWR) challenge for the Longest Speech by an Individual.

The event, which took place at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel from February 9 to 14, 2024, followed strict guidelines, including the requirement that each speech last at least five minutes with only brief 30-second pauses between speeches.

A question-and-answer session was also permitted, provided the individuals posing the questions remained unseen.

Despite completing the challenge a year ago, Adu Safowaah has yet to receive official confirmation from Guinness World Records.

In a statement shared on her social media page on Sunday, February 9, 2025, she expressed gratitude to God for His guidance, protection, strength, and wisdom throughout the process.

She also extended appreciation to her family and friends, whom she described as her rock, for their unwavering support.

Safowaah further thanked her management team for believing in her vision and assisting in bringing it to life.

She acknowledged Bright Greene, the CEO of Magic Hands Ghana, for his encouragement, as well as local and international media outlets for amplifying her story and inspiring others.
