The videos shared by the Russian man feature some of the women

A number of Ghanaian women who were captured in viral videos with a Russian man named Yaytseslav, who is accused of filming his sexual escapades with hundreds of Ghanaian women, have spoken out.

One of the women, identified as Dorah, said that she believes most of the videos were doctored, including the one he shared of her.

She indicated that she never went into any room with Yaytseslav, but her video showed they were in a room together.

“He kept following us and was demanding our numbers, and I didn’t want him to keep following us, so I decided to give him my Ghana number, because soon I travelled abroad, where I’m based, and when he calls, he would not be able to reach me.

“If you watch the video well, you would realise that he was the one following us. But he fast-forwarded the video in a way that you would not notice that he was doing the following. Even in our video, we didn’t go to his apartment. He didn’t ask us to follow him to any place… My face could be seen in one of the videos, but it wasn’t me,” Dorah said.

She insisted that nothing sexual occurred between her and the Russian man and laughed at suggestions that she gave him her number simply because he was white.

Another woman, in a video shared on social media, asked the public and her family, especially, not to judge her.

She, however, admitted that she went to the bedroom of the Russian man.

“You see the Russian man who lured about 800 women to his bed, all I want to say is that I’m one of them. But I can explain. My video is not out yet; it will definitely come out. But before the video comes out, I just decided to gather courage to let you all, my family, know that I’m one of the ladies he lured to his apartment.

“… When the video comes out, please don’t curse me because you don’t know why I followed him to his apartment,” she said.
