The General Overseer of Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro, has expressed disappointment in political leaders in the country due to bad governance.

In a video shared on social media on March 4, 2025, Prophet Kofi Oduro, who was seen preaching to his congregation, noted that political leaders in the country have misplaced priorities.

He explained that politicians are fond of politicking instead of working to improve the bad state of the country.

“We are fond of saying things we cannot do, and that is another reason the country is experiencing all these difficulties. Everyone is stealing from the national account, especially those entrusted to the helms of affairs. Ghana is a sick nation,” he said.

Prophet Kofi Oduro further urged politicians and people in charge of affairs to refrain from corruption and politicking since it is having a negative impact on the economy.

“If you are allowed to work in a position, it is an opportunity to serve. Let your work speak, not your words. You people speak too much. You will hear them talking from morning to evening and they are all cheap talks.

“I went somewhere with my wife and the way the people have beautified the country, I was telling her these people don’t worship God, and pray like you do yet they are fully developed. You don’t fear God and your priorities are misplaced. Misappropriated priorities. Everyone wants to show off, yet you don’t have anything,” he added.
