Ghanaian music legend Ebo Taylor is set to release a new album titled Jazz Is Dead 022 on January 31, 2025. This upcoming project is a collaboration with Adrian Younge and Ali Shaheed Muhammad, who are also the producers of the Jazz Is Dead record label.

The album features seven tracks, including:

    – __Get Up__

    – __Obra Akyedzi__

    – __Kusi Na Sibo__

    – __Obi Do Woa (If Someone Loves You)__

    – __Nsa a W’oanye Edwuma, Ondzidzi__

    – __Beye Bu, Beye Ba__

    – __Feeling__

At 88 years old, Ebo Taylor traveled to the US for the first time to perform at the iconic Jazz Is Dead festival, which led to this collaboration. The album promises to be an exciting blend of highlife, afrobeat, and jazz.

Initially, the album was scheduled for release in October 2024, but it seems the release date has been updated to January 31, 2025. Your comment and share.
