Ghanaian forward Kwadwo Baah showcased his skills in Watford’s resounding 6-2 victory over Sheffield Wednesday in the English Championship at Hillsborough on Saturday, 2 November 2024.

The 21-year-old started the game and played 79 minutes, making a significant impact with an assist in the thrilling encounter.

Baah set up Watford’s opening goal in the 29th minute, delivering a key pass to Ryan Porteous, who finished to put the visitors ahead.

Sheffield Wednesday responded swiftly, with Michael Smith equalizing in the 34th minute, sending the teams into halftime tied at 1-1.

Watford came out strong in the second half, reestablishing their lead through Thomas Ince, who converted a penalty in the 52nd minute.

Ivory Coast international Vakoun Issouf Bayo then stole the spotlight, scoring four goals in the latter stages of the game to seal an emphatic win for Watford.

This season, Baah has now made 11 Championship appearances, recording two goals and an assist. The young forward recently extended his commitment to Watford, signing a new contract that will keep him with the club until the summer of 2029.
