The Head Pastor of the Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro, has issued a stern caution to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
According to him, the country is heading for destruction under President Akufo-Addo and the only way that can be stopped is if the president repents.
Speaking in a viral video of a sermon to his congregation, the pastor added that persons who think the country is heading in the right direction under Akufo-Addo are completely wrong.
“I stand here with a heavy heart to respectfully say this to you, sir. The Lord is telling me pride takes everybody down. And if you continue to be proud, you will go down without remedy. Your government will be the worst in the history of this country.
“Your Excellency, if you continue in the arrogance of speech and the pride of your life, you will never see a solution and you will never see a remedy. I stand here as a man of God and as a prophet of God, not needing anything from you except your repentance and your humility. If not, Ghana is going into destruction,” he said.
He added, “It is only the fool that thinks that we are going in the right direction. The Lord told me to give Proverbs Chapter 1:22 to 33 to His Excellency and to Ghana.”
Prophet Oduro said that he had no personal grudge against the president and his political party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He explained that God wants them (the president and his party) to remember what He has done for them because they have become too proud.
“Your Excellency, it is out of no malice. I address only issues, not persons. I have spoken the mind of God. The Lord says remember where He picked you from. NPP, remember where God picked you from. You have become very proud, very arrogant. And if you don’t return to God immediately, I promise you, you are going down,” he added.
