    Ghana international Antoine Semenyo delivered a stellar performance for Bournemouth as they triumphed over West Bromwich Albion in the English FA Cup on Saturday January 11, 2025.

    The Black Stars forward made substitute appearance as his outfit staged a strong comeback to snatched victory over the Championship club in the Round 3 clash of the Cup competition held at the Vitality Stadium.

    Semenyo played a pivotal role by scoring and assisting a goal as his outfit cruised to a resounding 5-1 home win over their opponent.

    The former Bristol City attacker replaced Max Aarons before the start of the second half and made his presence felt in the clash.

    West Brom opened the scoring through Caleb Taylor after just 14 minutes into the match before Justin Kluivert level the score for the home team.

    Burkina Faso international Dango Ouattara scored a brace in the 34th and 44th minute to ensure Bournemouth go the halftime break with the advantage.

    Semenyo needed just one minute to announce his presence in the game after founding the net in the 47th minute following his introduction in the 46th minute mark.

    England international Daniel Jebbison scored in stoppage time to cement victory for Bournemouth after he was assisted by the Ghanaian international.

    The 25-year-old Ghanaian forward has scored one goal and provided one assist from one game in the FA Cup competition.

    In all competitions, the enterprising Ghanaian forward has racked up six goals and provided three assists from 21 games.
