    The 9th edition of the All-African Music Awards (AFRIMA) took place recently in Lagos, Nigeria, celebrating the continent’s finest musical talents across multiple genres and regions.

    The event recognised outstanding artists from Central, Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Africa, as well as major continental achievements.

    The 2026 AFRIMA Awards celebrated not only commercial success but also creativity, innovation, and the growing influence of African music on the global stage.
