Unbeaten ex-amateur champ Kenji Fujita (8-0, 4 KOs), 126, returned to ring warfare after a seven month hiatus due to his left hand fracture and made a successful defense of his WBO Asia Pacific featherweight belt as he completely outmaneuvered WBO AP#1 Filipino Michael Casama (10-3-1, 10 KOs), 125, outpunched him and had him surrender after the tenth of a scheduled twelve on Saturday in Tokyo, Japan. Utilizing his faster footwork, Fujita averted almost all shots from Casama and battered him from all angles with Casama finally retiring on the stool.
