Ghanaian-born winger, France Amuzu (R)

Francis Amuzu’s time at Gremio may be nearing its end just months after arriving from Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht.

The Ghanaian-born winger, who joined during the winter window, has struggled to make a lasting impact in Brazil’s topflight.

Known for his pace and direct style, Amuzu featured in 19 matches, netting one goal and assisting another.

While his speed remains a threat, a familiar foe from his Anderlecht days, injuries, has again disrupted his rhythm.

Now, whispers of a summer exit are growing louder. Brazilian media reports suggest Gremio may be open to parting ways with the 24-year-old, who is under contract until mid-2026.

One club showing early interest is Al-Riyadh from Saudi Arabia. Talks have reportedly begun, but so far, no formal offer has been placed.

Francis Amuzu’s current market value stands at €4 million, according to Transfermarkt.

A new chapter for Amuzu might be imminent if the proper deal materialises, since the Saudi Pro League is increasing its international signings.
