A fashion designer boldly cautioned her apprentice for crying over a minor correction, displaying a genuine employer-apprentice relationship.

Sharing on TikTok, the fashion designer @rollex_couture emphasized the value of excellence in the fashion industry.  She understood that sewing was challenging, but her apprentices frequently became worried over minor corrections.

In the clip, the apprentice presented her work for inspection, prompting her boss to raise the need for an adjustment, which she reacted to emotionally.

The fashion designer immediately chastised her for sobbing and asked if she would cry if a customer corrected her work. Customers would take charge of their fashion stores if they responded to their corrections on an emotional level.

The fashion designer assured her that the tears weren’t required because only a minor change needed to be made to the dress before she embraced her apprentice.
