A Nigerian man is celebrating his marital journey as he ties the knot with the lady he met on Facebook five months ago.

The man identified as Okechukuwu C Okechukuwu shared their heartwarming love encounter on Facebook with dazzling traditional wedding pictures.

As shown in the photo shoot, the couple wore black-themed clothing. His stunning bride wore a black sequined dress and a black headgear, while the man wore a black Senator outfit accompanied by a red cap, hand fan, and beaded necklace representing the Igbo culture.

According to Okechukwu, their love story started when he met his wife in May 2024 on Facebook and proceeded with marriage in October 2024.

    He wrote,

“I met my sweet wife on the 11th of May [sic] 2024 and I married her on 20th October 2024. Facebook has given me everything and everything. Bishop 2024.”

Some Internet users rushed to the comment section with congratulations as the love tale became viral, while others offered their opinions about their marriage.

Netizens asserted that the couple’s love story is a classic illustration of a man who is clear about his desires in a relationship and has the attitude of not wasting time.
