Ghanaian artiste manager Bullgod

Ghanaian artiste manager Bullgod has expressed his support for the Minister-designate of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, following her appointment by President John Dramani Mahama.

Speaking on United Showbiz on January 18, 2025, Bullgod described Dzifa Gomashie as a competent and experienced individual well-suited for the role.

However, he emphasised that her success in office would depend on her willingness to consult and collaborate with seasoned professionals within the creative arts industry.

“If you invest in a woman, it’s a huge deal. Dzifa will do the job, and I’m hoping she includes experienced people during her tenure. We know the loopholes in the industry, so I’m confident she will consult. The past eight years have been nightmares, so I know she’ll do better,” he said.

Bullgod also highlighted his confidence in President Mahama’s leadership, noting the former President’s wealth of experience and his thoughtful selection of appointees.

“There has never been a president in Ghana more experienced than President Mahama. This is the first time we’ve had such an experienced leader. It’s time for him to excel. We must support him based on the decisions he has made. This week, I noticed he has included many women and young people in his appointments,” he added.

Dzifa Gomashie, Member of Parliament for Ketu South, was nominated as Minister-designate for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts by President Mahama on January 16, 2025.

She previously served as Deputy Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts under Mahama’s administration from 2013 to 2017.
