Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Mohamed Camara shared his disappointment on Sunday after the team’s goalless draw with Vision FC in the Ghana Premier League.
In a Week 24 fixture played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Camara won the Man of the Match award after putting up a top performance that ensured the Porcupine Warriors earned a point at the end of the contest.
Speaking in his post-match interview, the goalkeeper shared his dissatisfaction, insisting that Asante Kotoko should have won the match, especially with Vision FC playing the last 20 minutes with 10 men.
“Yeah, I’m disappointed we couldn’t win the game. In this game, we were expected to win. Ten against eleven is not a game we should draw. We should have won,” Mohamed Camara said.
The goalkeeper continued, “But it’s not over. We will try to win the game and continue from there.”
Following his exceptional performance in Kotoko’s stalemate with Vision FC, Mohammed Camara was named Man of the Match for the fixture at full-time.
