A self-help guru who paid herself more than $1million from her company account, only for that venture to go bust, is still being chased by out-of-pocket creditors – despite splashing her lavish overseas lifestyle across social media.

Former reality TV star Felicity Morgan, who touts herself as a ‘multi-million-dollar entrepreneur’ and ‘business savage’, failed to repay the hefty sum to those owed money after her company, Felicity Morgan Coaching, collapsed last year.

The business, which operated out of Cronulla in Sydney‘s south, racked up almost $1million in unpaid debts, including nearly $800,000 to the Australian Tax Office and more than $100,000 to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia.

Ms Morgan, 36, also received a $1.08million loan from her company, with liquidator Stephen Hundy previously telling creditors he had not received a formal response to demands for its repayment.

According to ASIC records seen by the Daily Mail this week, the business still owes more than $900,000 to three unsecured creditors after only being able to claw back $24,678.63 in the year since it was put into liquidation.

More than $5,700 was generated through a refund from company car services Orix Australia, while a further $16,500 came from an upfront indemnity and $2,237 was collected from GST payments.

The liquidator’s records show the indemnity – effectively a contribution towards the costs of administering and investigating a failed company – was provided by a person identified only as ‘Matthew Ronald Cam’.

After remunerating Mr Hundy for his work and paying out disbursements, the company had just three cents left in its bank account, the documents show.

The documents, which were filed by the experienced insolvency practitioner on October 20, also reveal that a further $3,151 is owed to him in remuneration.

The liquidator has estimated no further recoveries from company assets, although he is continuing to pursue the director loan account and other recovery action.

It comes after Mr Hundy told creditors in a previous report that he’d been unable to find any other assets tied to the company – no vehicles, extra bank accounts or other security interests.

When contacted by the Daily Mail on Thursday, Ms Morgan said: ‘I have been and remain in full cooperation with the liquidator. Have an amazing day.’

It comes after Ms Morgan, whose legal name is Felicity Ludlow, recently told her 170,000 Instagram followers that she was about to launch a $32million project alongside her husband, Sydney businessman-turned-influencer Matt Cameron.

The couple, who live in Bali with Ms Morgan’s two children, claim to be ‘worth millions’ and regularly post self-improvement tips and tax advice from luxurious villas and on business-class flights.

Mr Hundy, who in his report found the company had become insolvent more than a year before it collapsed, said Ms Morgan had advised its insolvency was ‘due to a downturn in the industry and economy’.

An ASIC report previously seen by the Mail indicated the company made a net profit of just over $1million in the 2023 financial year, followed by a net profit of $367,639 in 2024 and a net loss of $747,703 in 2025.

Ms Morgan first appeared on the public's radar in 2016 on Seven's reality series Seven Year Switch, where she starred alongside her ex Mike Van Nimwegen, who is her children's father

A further loss of $22,803 was also incurred for the period July 1, 2025, to its date of liquidation in September 2025.

Ms Morgan, who featured on the 2016 season of Channel Seven reality series Seven Year Switch alongside the biological father of her two children, Mike Van Nimwegen, has also steadily built an online profile as a personal development coach.

She particularly focuses on ‘shadow work’ – a self-exploration approach centred on uncovering unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns – and runs the Shadow World brand, which includes a subscription-style app and platform.

‘I learned how to catch my patterns mid-activation and choose differently before they completed. That’s what built the life I have now,’ her website boasts.

‘The healthy relationship. The business. The version of myself I’m actually proud of. Not therapy. Not processing. But real… raw… in-the-moment… pattern interruption.’

Her husband recently appeared on The Karl Stefanovic Show, sharing his views on why Australia’s tax system is driving families, jobs and investment offshore.

He boasted this week that the couple, who own a Bali-based development business, spend more than $500,000 a year to stay at the best hotels, resorts and wellness facilities around the world.

‘We call it research,’ Mr Cameron, 49, wrote on a social media post, accompanied by a laughing face emoji.

‘We study everything. What works, what doesn’t, and what we can bring back to Bali.’

In September, he also told his followers a number of strategies ‘the wealthy’ use to ‘hide money from the ATO’.

In another post published four days later, Mr Cameron railed about how the Australian government had forced his family to leave the country in search of a better life.

‘Why the f**k would we choose to pay some of the highest taxes in the world? The truth is, we didn’t make the choice to leave Australia. The Australian government made the choice for us,’ he said.

‘They made staying harder than leaving. For what? Medicare? We could buy a fucking hospital for what we pay in tax.’

A spokesperson for the ATO declined to comment on the case, citing their obligations under taxpayer confidentiality laws.

The Daily Mail has contacted Mr Hundy for comment.
