DOSH Health Insurance has been named the Outstanding Digital Health Insurance Company of the Year at the ninth Ghana Business Standard Awards held in Accra today.
The company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Frank Augustine Dagbui, received the award on behalf of the organisation.
The award commends organisations demonstrating excellence, innovation and sustainable growth, and highlights DOSH Health Insurance’s ongoing commitment to driving digital innovation and expanding accessible, affordable and available health insurance coverage across Ghana.
DOSH Health Insurance pioneered a “digital-first model” that enables customers to register, select a plan, pay premiums and manage their coverage instantly via the ‘DOSH is life’ app, CSR-assisted telephony, WhatsApp or the USSD shortcode
