Dimitri Payet‘s former mistress has claimed she was forced to film vile sex acts and that she even took part in a fake wedding behind his wife’s back.
Police in Brazil have opened an investigation into a series of shocking allegations made by Larissa Ferrari, 28. Payet has been accused of forcing the lawyer to drink her own urine and lick the floor, as well as pushing and stepping on her.
Payet, 38, plays for Vasco da Gama in Rio de Janeiro and started a seven-month affair with Larissa after becoming ‘lonely’. The former West Ham forward left his wife of almost 20 years Ludivine and their four children back in his native France.
Over a campaign of alleged abuse, Payet is said to have bruised Larissa’s buttocks, legs and arms. These pictures have been seen by The Sun and the police.
Documents show she lodged an online report claiming she suffered ‘physical, moral, psychological and sexual violence’ at the hands of the footballer. Larissa’s lawyer said she was ‘assaulted by Dimitri Payet, which left marks on her body’.
Speaking to The Sun from Rio, Larissa has alleged that Payet asked her to dress up as a bride and take part in a sham wedding – without his wife knowing.

Payet is said to have told her it would mark them ‘entering a real relationship’.
Larissa said: ‘We had a fake wedding.
‘He never mentioned his wife and I didn’t like to ask him about her. He asked me to buy a wedding ring to wear and told me that he would never leave me.’
In text messages, Payet demanded her to record ‘humiliating’ sexual videos featuring ‘disgusting acts’ to prove her love to him after she began to speak to another player.
She added: ‘They were really horrible things like putting my head in the toilet. He seemed happy at first that I had sent the videos, but then he kept asking for more.’
Payet began speaking to Larissa, a mother of two, over Instagram last August. He is alleged to have used a fake profile before they started messaging on WhatsApp.
‘I want justice because he abused my psychological vulnerability to gain sexual advantage,’ Larissa told AFP.
‘He demanded proof of love from me, which consisted of humiliation. I recorded videos in which I drank my urine, drank water from the toilet bowl, and licked the floor. I’m a lawyer, I would never have made such serious complaints lightly.’

Police in Rio said: ‘The investigation is ongoing. The complaint was registered at a police station specialising in assistance to women.’
Payet is widely regarded as one of West Ham’s most talented players this century but left under a cloud to re-join Marseille after just 18 months in 2017. He stayed at the Stade Velodrome for six-and-a-half years before moving to Brazil in 2023.
He has not responded to the allegations.
