Gospel musician Diana Asamoah

The ongoing social media feud between gospel musician Diana Asamoah and Prophet Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah has taken another turn following the defeat of Ghanaian boxer Joseph Sackey in a recent bout.

On June 14, 2025, Sackey faced off against Abdul Khan at the Bukom Boxing Arena, entering the ring wearing shorts which captured the image and sticker of Adom Kyei-Duah, a gesture that clearly showed his allegiance to the prophet.

However, the symbolic show of faith didn’t yield the expected results, as Sackey suffered a fifth-round defeat at the hands of Khan.

In response to the loss, Diana Asamoah has taken to social media to ridicule both the boxer and Adom Kyei-Duah, once again questioning the prophet’s authenticity.

“We’ve sidelined God and are now treating stickers like they are God. So, this boxer thought the sticker would help him win? From what happened, it’s obvious to everyone now, he is not a true man of God,” she said.

She added, “He stepped into the ring thinking the sticker on his buttocks would secure him victory. He even passed gas on the sticker, that alone shows he doesn’t respect the pastor.”

Meanwhile tons of netizens have spoken on the issue.

Prophet Opambour, also mocked the incident, saying: “If the boxer had come to me for spiritual direction before the fight, I would have told him what was going to happen.”
