A court has fined Nana Agradaa GH¢12,000 over case with Osofo Biblical A court has fined Nana Agradaa GH¢12,000 over case with Osofo Biblical

An Accra High Court has fined Ghanaian preacher, Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, following her legal battle with her colleague, Osofo Biblical.

In a video shared on X on December 16, 2025, Osofo Biblical, who appeared in court earlier today, revealed that Nana Agradaa, already serving a separate sentence, pleaded guilty to all five counts against her in a case arising from her decision to broadcast his nude photos on Thunder TV.

According to Osofo Biblical, the court fined Nana Agradaa GH¢12,000 after she admitted to all the charges brought against her.

He further disclosed that, in addition to the fine, the court ordered Nana Agradaa to compensate him with an amount of GH¢50,000 for airing his nude photos on her television station.

“The five counts levelled against her were about my nude photos that she showed on TV. She pleaded guilty to all the charges. After the final ruling, I have forgiven her. I am happy with the ruling because it will clear my name so that my children will not be associated with the videos Agradaa shared,” he said.

Osofo Biblical also noted that he could have opted for the matter to be settled amicably at home. However, he explained that this was not the first time Nana Agradaa had wronged him.

According to him, he had previously forgiven her after she allegedly sent thugs to assault him and damage his car.

He added that despite the forgiveness, she later took to social media to further tarnish his reputation, forcing him to seek legal redress after she aired his nude photos on television.

“I could have settled this matter at home, but because of what transpired some years ago, I asked the court to handle it. You remember that some years ago, she sent her boys to beat me up and even damaged my car.

“After that, she pleaded with me to forgive her, which I did. But later, she went on social media to claim that I sold the issue to her for GH¢3 billion. That is why I decided to bring this case to court,” he added.

    How the case started

The case dates back to 2021, when Nana Agradaa became embroiled in a heated public dispute with Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Enim, popularly known as Osofo Biblical.

What initially began as a war of words on social media escalated when Agradaa allegedly aired nude photos of the prophet during a broadcast on Thunder TV, a television station she owned at the time.

She was subsequently arrested in 2022 and charged under Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), for the non-consensual distribution of intimate images.

The matter intensified in July 2024 when Nana Agradaa appeared in court on additional charges of possessing and distributing indecent material.

Reports indicated that she not only shared the images during a live broadcast but also allegedly used them to promote a product, a certain type of bitters.

Nana Agradaa was later granted bail in the sum of GH¢200,000 with two justified sureties.
