A celebrity wellness trainer was filmed cursing and screaming at a neighbor who asked him to leash his dog in the lobby of their luxury NYC apartment building.
Matthew Sauerhoff, 38, aggressively roared ‘Who the f**k is this guy? Who is this motherf*****?’ at popular chef and author Eddie Huang inside a Murray Hill apartment building on Saturday night, where both men live.
Huang says he began filming after noticing Sauerhoff, who lives with wife Danielle Krinsky, was walking his pet unleashed.
The chef had his own dog, a Doberman, leashed and beside him at the time, he wrote on his Substack blog.
Huang said Sauerhoff’s dog came close to him and that he was scared his territorial Doberman would start a fight.
Huang can be heard saying: ‘I asked him to put his dog on a leash and he’s losing his mind.’
Foul-mouthed Sauerhoff, who’s appeared as an exercise expert on NBC Today, continues to drop f-bombs and point his finger before yelling ‘Get off the private property’, despite Huang living there too.
A stunned Huang answers: ‘I live here,’ promoting a wide-eyed Sauerhoff to snarl: ‘Get the f**k off the private property. Get the f**k out of here. Get the f**k out of here.’

Huang says: ‘Why do you think I don’t live here?’
Sauerhoff refuses to listen, roaring at a doorman that Huang ‘Doesn’t know who you are,’ before going back to his now trademark f-bomb insults.
Huang again explains that he lives there, with a tense looking Sauerhoff appearing to realize his neighbor is telling the truth.
But the entitled entrepreneur isn’t done with his shocking outburst, telling a building worker: ‘This guy’s got a f**king problem.’
Huang politely tells the worker that he doesn’t have a problem, then turns to Sauerhoff and says: ‘He did not leash his dog. His dog is loose without a leash.’
Still pointing his finger, Sauerhoff snaps ‘Dude, f**k you,’ one final time.
Raising his voice to make it even more aggressive, Sauerhoff continues: ‘East41a, that’s my f**king name. Suck a d**k dude, f**k off,’ before marching to the elevators.
The appalling outburst flies in the face of Sauerhoff’s role as a ‘performance coach, motivator and life enthusiast’ at his business The Liv Method.
His LinkedIn profile says that he is a ‘highly motivated, self driven individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills.’
‘I am a very passionate person, extremely personable and can easily adapt to every situation,’ his bio reads. ‘My goal in life, is to leave a positive, lasting impression on every single person I meet.’
Hundreds of comments critiqued his self-explanation, noting how it was nothing less than hypocritical.
‘Can someone ask that dog to leash his human?’ one comment read.
As soon as the footage began – seemingly right after Huang had asked the triggering question – Sauerhoff was captured quickly walking towards the front desk attendant, yelling: ‘Who the f*** is this guy? Who is this motherf*****? while pointing back at Huang
Sauerhoff kept pointing his finger at Huang while roaring curses at him. Huang says he wonders if Sauerhoff thought he was a ‘Chinese guy delivering Chinese food’ to the tony address
Wife Danielle’s LinkedIn boasts that she is ‘chief vibes officer’ at the same business.
Sauerhoff’s out-of-control behavior was also in marked contrast to his appearances on NBC Today, where he has a friendly smile plastered on his face as he offers health tips to viewers.
Huang implied Sauerhoff’s aggression and anger may have been partly because the fitness expert assumed his neighbor was a ‘Chinese guy delivering Chinese food.’
He wrote: It’s interesting to see someone’s brain work in real time here. He assumes he’s more important than me, more privileged, and that he has the power to throw me off. It’s a lot to presume about yourself and another person.’
Huang went on to brand Sauerhoff a ‘narcissist’.
He also claimed Sauerhoff’s mother-in-law Dalia Krinsky got in on the act the next day in what she claimed was an attempt to make peace over the incident.
Huang said Dalia pointed at her husband Barry Krinsky and said ‘My husband is a judge, you see him.’
Huang suggested Dalia was trying to threaten him with her husband’s occupation, but she denied doing so and said: ‘We come in peace.’
