The viral video scandal involving a Russian man recording intimate encounters with Ghanaian women has since sparked massive reactions from celebrities, religious leaders, and public figures across the country.

Several well-known personalities have publicly shared their views, condemning aspects of the incident while calling for accountability.

From demands for arrest to appeals for empathy and reflection, responses have come from various key players in society.

Here are some Ghanaian personalities who have spoken on the scandal:

    1. MzGee

Broadcast journalist MzGee called for immediate action against the Russian man implicated in the scandal.

In her response, she emphasised that the focus should not be solely on shaming the women but also on holding the man accountable, urging authorities to investigate and take the necessary legal steps.

    2. Prophet Opambour

Founder of Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre, Prophet Opambour, condemned the development, expressing disappointment over the image being portrayed about Ghanaian women.

He criticised both the foreign national and the women involved, stating that such incidents damage the country’s moral fabric.

    3. Bullgod

Entertainment personality Bullgod also shared his thoughts, questioning why the outrage appeared to be directed more at the women than the man.

He suggested that Ghanaians must be balanced in their judgment and ensure that justice is pursued fairly.

    6. Yaa Yeboah
