She is the catwalk queen who hails from Scotland.

But on Sunday Rebecca Donaldson stepped away from the glamour of the Paris fashion week to cheer on her Formula One driver boyfriend Carlos Sainz Jnr in the pit lane in Australia.

The Perth-born model has been dating her Spanish beau since 2023 and she is a regular sight at the Grand Prix circuit.

She sent heads turning in Melbourne in her casual jeans and leather jacket combo just days after looking incredibly glamorous at the Dior Fashion Show in the French capital.

Walking along with her boyfriend’s father, a world champion rally driver by the same name, the 28-year-old could only watch in despair as Sainz Jr, 30, crashed his Williams during the first lap of the race in rain-soaked conditions on the track.

Ms Donaldson has appeared on the covers of high-end fashion magazines including Vogue and Marie Claire since winning a beauty pageant aged 17, while a student at the prestigious Perth Academy.

She said at the time:  ‘My mum entered me and I was really surprised when I found out.’

The Scot has also starred in an advert for Ferrari.
