A Nigerian businesswoman has stirred conversation online after sharing a surprising message she allegedly received from the girlfriend of a prospective client.

In a post shared on her social media page, the entrepreneur said she was stunned after reading the request and simply decided to go about her day.
According to the screenshot she posted, the woman who claimed she got the business owner’s number from a friend explained that her partner was planning to propose.
However, she had contracted the businesswoman to help handle the arrangements and pleaded with the vendor to sabotage the proposal.
“Hello, good morning. Please, I just got your number from a friend that you’re the one planning my proposal. Is it possible that you don’t deliver on that day? Make up an excuse the night before so that he will be stranded. I don’t want to marry him yet, but I also don’t want to say no to him because that will be the end of the relationship and the benefit. Please be a girl’s girl and do this for me. I will pay you double when I get an allowance for the week. Please,” The message read.

The unusual request has sparked reactions online, with many users expressing shock at the woman’s intentions and her attempt to involve a third party in sabotaging a proposal.
Although the vendor did not disclose whether she responded to the message, her post has continued to generate discussions about modern relationships.
