Ghanaian musician and media personality Kojo Kinn has expressed his disapproval of a recent public display of affection between media personalities Bullgod and Nana Ama McBrown.
The controversy arose after a video surfaced showing Bullgod trying to steal a kiss from Nana Ama McBrown.
In the video, Bullgod was seen leaning in to kiss McBrown, but the actress hesitantly declined, keeping their interaction merely friendly.
Speaking in an interview on Adom FM, Kojo Kinn described Bullgod’s actions as ‘reckless’ due to them being in public.
He argued that such behavior should have taken place in private, not around bloggers who could easily turn the incident into a trending topic.
“Bullgod was a bit reckless, you can see that they have a good relationship… but the location they were, they should have been a bit cautious. They are both big brands on their own. And a lot of respectable brands are linked to Nana Ama McBrown.
“If they were within their close circles, they could have done that, not where bloggers with their cameras are around and the little things you do will trigger people and will start trending,” he said.
On speculations that the kissing attempt was a publicity stunt, Kojo Kinn argued that, “Nana Ama McBrown doesn’t need to trend. Maybe Bullgod because he is back in the limelight. But she doesn’t need to trend.”
Kojo Kinn added that he would have preferred if both parties had behaved themselves better in public, stating, “I would have preferred if they had comported themselves a little, but for Bullgod to grab her head and bring it closer for a kiss. It was reckless.”
This isn’t the first time Bullgod has attempted to kiss McBrown.
A couple of years ago, Bullgod made a similar move while McBrown was hosting UTV’s United Showbiz.
Bullgod and McBrown’s latest interaction took place during the release party for Stonebwoy’s highly anticipated album, “Up and Running,” held on October 23, 2024, at Alora Beach Resort in Accra.
