Unbeaten bright prospect WBO#6 Sento Ito (7-0, 6 KOs; amateur 20-1, 7 stoppages), 117.75, kept his newly crowned WBO Asia Pacific bantamweight belt as he easily polished off WBO AP#13 Filipino Claire Villarosa (7-1-1, 4 KOs), 117.5, at 0:50 of the third round in a scheduled ten on Saturday in Tokyo, Japan. Ito, 21, had the upper hand over the 20-year-old Filipino from the outset and displayed a spectacular knockdown with a well-timed right counter in the fatal third with the ref quickly halting the proceedings. Ito is worth watching from now on.
