Team USA is gearing up to send six boxers to Winnipeg, Canada, for the Melee Gala XI, a USA-Canada duel. The Stars and Stripes will be represented by six athletes this Saturday, September 19, beginning at 7:30 PM ET. The six boxers traveling for this international duel include five athletes from Team USA’s 2026 High Performance Team, and one athlete from USA’s 2026 High Performance Squad.
Noelle Haro (51 kilograms) and Marcus Luther (65 kilograms) will represent Team USA for the second straight year at this event, as Haro will face off against Mckenzie Wright and Luther will square off with Yacine Benaoudia. Haro made her international debut earlier this year and has a 3-2 record on the international stage for Team USA, including a bronze medal at the World Boxing Cup: Brazil 2026.
As for Luther, the Washington, D.C., native will travel to Canada following his silver medal performance in Guiyang City, China, at the World Boxing Cup: China 2026. Luther has a 6-3 international record in 2026 for the Stars and Stripes, including four unanimous decision wins and one RSC win.
Also representing Team USA at the Melee Gala XI this weekend is World Boxing Cup: China 2026 55 kg gold medalist Lorenzo Patricio (55 kilograms). The Hawaii native has a dominant 10-2 record in 2026 for Team USA, including a gold medal in June and a silver medal in February at the 77th International Strandja Boxing Tournament. Patricio will go head-to-head with Canada’s Max Tomines.
Rounding out the team are Alisha Crockett (60 kilograms), Naomi Graham (75 kilograms), and Tyric Trapp (80 kilograms). Crockett won the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships this past December and made her international debut earlier this year. She returns to the international stage this weekend to face Canada’s Florence Belle Germain. As for Graham, she earned a bronze medal in February at the 77th International Strandja Boxing Tournament. The 2020 Olympian will face Canada’s Viktoria Penney.
Trapp returns to the international stage following his bronze medal run at the 2026 Copa America. The New Jersey native has represented Team USA at two international events in 2026 and has a 5-3 international record. Trapp will face Umar Carcamo in the final bout on Saturday.
