Polish light heavy Pawel Stepien (21-2-2) put his career back on track with a close win over former EBU champion Daniel Blenda Dos Santos (23-2) from France in a non-title eight rounder last night in Sopot (Poland) that headlined this Babilon Promotion event at the Hotel Sheraton. The scoring referee had it 77-75 for Stepien.
There was a similar result in the co-feature where welterweight Bartlomiej Przybyla (12-2) won overJan Lodzik (12-2) in an all Polish matchup.
