Maguida Promotions, in association with Pedro Valero Matchmaking, will present a full night of championship-minded boxing on Sunday, September 27, 2026, live on Prizm TV pay-per-view for $30 USD from the Coliseo de Boxeo Carlos Teo Cruz. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., with the fights beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Fans can purchase and stream the live PPV HERE

The card features fighters at very different stages of their careers: established champions seeking another defining run, unbeaten contenders looking for a breakthrough, dangerous spoilers determined to upset the rankings, and young prospects attempting to build toward future championship opportunities.

WBA FedLatino Heavyweight Title: Luiz Ortiz (35-3, 30 KOs) vs. Abigail Soto (15-0, 10 KOs)

Luiz Ortiz enters the main event with elite-level experience, 30 knockouts and a clear objective: use a victory over an unbeaten, rising opponent to re-establish himself in the heavyweight title picture. For Ortiz, defeating Soto would be more than another win; it would be a statement that his power, experience and championship ambition remain intact as he pursues another opportunity to regain WBA world-title status.

Abigail Soto arrives unbeaten at 15-0 with 10 knockouts and has the opportunity to accelerate his career in one night. A victory over Ortiz, a former interim world champion and one of the most experienced names on the card, would immediately strengthen Soto’s résumé, market value and standing among heavyweight contenders. Soto intends to play spoiler by using youth, confidence and disciplined execution to deny Ortiz the comeback statement he is seeking.

IBC Welterweight International Championship: Kenny De Leon (18-1, 14 KOs) vs. Jose Luis Evangilista (10-3, 7 KOs)

Kenny De Leon says Michael Ramirez was the opponent he originally wanted for September 27, but after that matchup did not materialize, De Leon turned his attention to the battle-tested Jose Luis Evangilista. De Leon views the assignment as a dangerous but necessary test as he looks to rebound, restore momentum and prove that one setback will not define his trajectory.

Evangilista welcomes the role of spoiler. With 10 wins, seven by knockout, and experience in difficult fights, he believes his timing, composure, ring awareness and ability to make adjustments can neutralize De Leon’s power. His goal is emphatic: hand De Leon a second consecutive defeat and use the result to force his own way into bigger championship opportunities.

IBC Cruiserweight World Title: Felix Velera (24-9, 21 KOs) vs. Orlando Beltran (12-1, 12 KOs)

Former world champion Felix Velera brings 21 knockouts and championship experience into a high-stakes cruiserweight title fight. Velera is confident that his experience against seasoned opposition, combined with his punching power and understanding of championship rounds, gives him the tools to control the fight and add another belt to his career.

Across the ring, Orlando Beltran brings a perfect 12 knockouts in 12 victories. Beltran sees September 27 as the night to place his first world championship around his waist. Beating a former world champion would give him both the title and the signature victory needed to establish himself as a major force in the cruiserweight division.
