Kumawood actor, Kofi Adu, well known as Agya Koo, has responded to his colleague Clement Bonney, otherwise known as Mr. Beautiful, regarding sabotage claims by the latter.

During an interview with Adom TV, Mr. Beautiful accused his colleague of conniving with movie producers to sideline him from playing major roles and featuring in movies.

Mr. Beautiful claimed that Agya Koo asked popular movie producer, Miracles Films CEO, to avoid featuring him in movies or face a consequence.

“Agya Koo intimidated me. When a movie is cast and I feature, he would instruct Miracle Films to remove me, else he won’t act. He claims ‘I was brought to challenge him and bring him down,’ Miracle told me this. It affected me,” Mr. Beautiful said during the interview.

In response to this, Agya Koo has debunked the claims and urged his colleague to blame the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, for the downturn in his career.

Agya Koo indicated that since Mr. Beautiful made his affiliation with the NDC known publicly, it could be the reason for the challenges he is facing in the movie industry.

“Mr. Beautiful, blame Mahama for your dead career. He brought dumsor and nkoko nkete. Vote for Bawumia,” Agya Koo wrote on his X page.
