The police detailed the incident, stating that “Investigations have established that on twelfth October 2024, suspect driver Elrad Salifu Amoako, aged 16, driving a Jaguar SUV (registration quantity GN 7801–20) with one different occupant, collided with a 4×4 Acura (registration quantity GR 2542-23) pushed by Joseph Ackah, with 4 different occupants, on Mensah Wooden Road in East Legon.
