Kpando Heart of Lions head coach, Bashir Hayford is uncertain about ending his team’s poor run of form in the ongoing 2025/2026 Ghana Premier League season.

Speaking after the team’s 1-0 defeat against Bechem United on matchday 20, the coach acknowledged the challenges confronting his squad, noting that confidence levels have dipped and performances have not met expectations.

“We are working hard in training, but football is not always predictable. At the moment, I cannot promise a quick turnaround. What I can assure the fans is that the players are committed and trying to correct our mistakes.”

“We need support now more than ever. If we stay together and keep believing, results will eventually come,” coach Bashir Hayford.

Heart of Lions will next face Asante Kotoko on matchday 21 at the Kpandu Sports stadium.
