Accra – The management of Auto Hydro Plant Limited, led by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Smaila Abubakar, paid a working visit to the National Chief Imam, His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, at his Fadama residence in Accra on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to seek the Chief Imam’s blessings and wise counsel and to leverage his national appeal to solicit support for the company.

In his address, Mr. Abubakar stated that the visit was to formally introduce the company and request prayers for its long-term success. “We are here to receive your blessings and advice,” he said, adding, “and any other support you can offer to ensure the company’s sustained growth and longevity.”

Mr. Abubakar, a practicing Muslim, emphasized that paying homage to the Chief Imam was a gesture of reverence given the cleric’s stature. He also took the opportunity to thank his collaborators, DC Kwame Kwakye and Alhaji Baba Musa Kommanda, for facilitating the visit. “I am grateful to Allah for His mercies and to all who worked to make this visit a success,” he expressed.

In response, His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu thanked the management for the visit and assured them of his prayers. “I thank you for coming and will remember you in my prayers. God-willing, your aspirations will be fulfilled in Allah’s name,” he said.
