    Defending champions Ashanti Region has topped Group B with 8 points Defending champions Ashanti Region has topped Group B with 8 points

    Defending champions Ashanti Region continue their fine form after match day 3, topping Group B with 8 points.

    They are followed closely by the Eastern Region, which is on the same points as the leaders.

    Brong Ahafo Region is in third position with 6 points, while Upper West Region is at the bottom of the table with no wins recorded so far.

    In Group A, Greater Accra are at the summit of the table, winning all three games with 9 points. They are followed by the Northern Region and the Upper East Region, which each have six points.

    Volta Region lies fifth with two points, while Eastern Elite B is at the bottom with a point.

    The second edition of the Elite U15 girls tournament is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 12th, 2025, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
