Former two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua was involved in a fatal car accident in Lagos, Nigeria around 11:30 a.m. local time. Joshua was a passenger in the back of a Lexus SUV when that vehicle suffered a blowout in one of its tires. The Lexus SUV crashed into a stationary truck. Two men in the front of the Lexus SUV were unfortunately killed. Joshua suffered what are thought to be minor injuries and was taken to an undisclosed hospital. Our thoughts and condolences are with the families of those who lost their lives and we wish a speedy recovery to AJ.
