Founder of the Ajagurajah Movement, Bishop Kwabena Boakye Asiamah, widely known as Ajagurajah, has expressed deep sympathy for jailed Nana Agradaa, following her recent 15-year sentence for fraud.
In a recent interview, the outspoken spiritual leader set aside his past differences with Agradaa to share a heartfelt concern for her well-being and, more importantly, the welfare of her children.
“Of course. Agradaa has children,” Ajagurajah stated when asked whether he felt any empathy for her situation.
Despite their well-known disagreements over the years, Ajagurajah made it clear that he has never harboured any ill feelings towards the embattled founder of Heaven Way Church.
Instead, he acknowledged the emotional toll her incarceration might have on her family.
“I feel sorry for her because of her children. No matter our differences, I have never wished her harm,” he emphasized.
Nana Agradaa was sentenced on July 3, 2025, after being convicted by an Accra Circuit Court on charges of defrauding church members through a money-doubling scheme and engaging in charlatanic advertisement.
She is currently serving her sentence at Nsawam Prison.
