Angel Asiamah, the husband of embattled preacher Nana Agradaa, has revealed that his wife is staying strong despite her incarceration at Nsawam Prison following her 15-year sentence for fraud and charlatanic advertisement.

Speaking to members of the Heaven Way Church on Sunday, July 20, 2025, Asiamah recounted a recent visit to Nsawam, where he held a private conversation with the convicted leader of the church.

According to Asiamah, Nana Agradaa urged the congregation not to lose faith but to continue praying for her during this difficult chapter of her life.

“She asked me to tell all of you to keep praying for her. She is strong and holding on despite everything,” he told the church.

Nana Agradaa was convicted by an Accra Circuit Court on Thursday, July 3, 2025, after being found guilty of defrauding members of her congregation through a money-doubling scamwhich widely criticized by the public before she was jailed.

She was reportedly moved to the Nsawam Prison facility on Saturday, July 5.

Her sentencing followed months of legal proceedings, during which several victims testified to losing large sums of money after being lured by her televised spiritual claims and promises of instant financial returns.
