Ghanaian actress Akua Serwaa Blessings has finally addressed why she no longer appears in skits or movies with the talented actor and popular TikToker, Ben South.

In an exclusive interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, the actress shared the story behind their once-blossoming collaboration and what led to its unexpected pause.

According to Akua Serwaa, the connection between her and Ben South started when she personally approached him at the airport one day after spotting the immense talent in him.

She revealed that although Ben South didn’t respond immediately, he later reached out and explained that the delay was only because he was trying to find the right role that would suit her perfectly.

She added that eventually they joined forces and worked on several productions for about a year, building great chemistry on screen and attracting a growing fan base who loved seeing them act together.

However, Akua Serwaa noted that their professional relationship came to an abrupt end, not due to a fallout or misunderstanding, but rather because Ben South relocated to Accra due to personal reasons.

Despite the long pause, Akua Serwaa revealed that Ben South recently contacted her for a new production. Unfortunately, she couldn’t take up the opportunity because she was already tied up with another project in Kumasi.
