Abdullahi Danladi Ismael‘s comment on Facebook post raised by Relationship expert, Shamseddin Giwa has ignited a heated debate about marital respect and infidelity.

    The post

Danladi’s assertion that a “good woman” should respect her husband even if he is having an affair with their housemaid has been met with widespread criticism.

Shamseddin Giwa strongly opposed Danladi’s view, arguing that a man who engages in infidelity does not deserve respect from his wife.

In response to Giwa’s criticism, Danladi reiterated his belief that a good woman would show respect to her husband regardless of the circumstances.

Danladi’s stance has been widely criticized, with many arguing that it promotes toxic and unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Read some of the differing comments:

Aysha Mahmoud: And sadly! There are many of him who think this way.

Aigos Morris Eribo: The truth of this matter is, a woman that will respect you, will do so whether you are a responsible man or not. The idea that you have to be a good man to be respected is false. It only applies to men vs men.

Yusuf Rahmat: 80% of men were raised with such mindset because they saw how their mom was ill treated and she still respected their dad with such bad attitude. Parents are their kids first role model what ever you do will affect the kids mental well being.
