A man identified as James has made startling revelations in court, insisting that Highlife legend Daddy Lumba and Odo Broni married in 2010.
James, who testified during a court sitting on Thursday, firmly stated that he was physically present at the alleged wedding ceremony.
According to him, several members of Daddy Lumba’s family attended the event, including the musician’s Abusuapanin, Agya Owusu, whom he described as a “prime witness” to the marriage.
He noted that the ceremony was not a secret within the family, claiming that “other family members also attended the event,” further strengthening his assertion.
During cross-examination, Lawyer Kusi asked James to describe what Daddy Lumba and Odo Broni wore on their wedding day.
James admitted he could not recall the specific design of their outfits but remembered that the couple wore cream-coloured attire.
His testimony adds a new twist to the ongoing legal matter, potentially influencing the direction of the case.
