The Ghana Police Service has begun investigating a viral video that shows a man giving a substance, suspected to be a cigarette, to a child.
Police say they are working to identify and arrest the man seen in the video. They are also taking steps to ensure the child is safe and protected.
The Service is calling on the public to share any information that can help locate the man or the child. Anyone with details is encouraged to report to the nearest police station.
