Ghanaian creatives struggling to win corporate sponsorship must focus on discipline, according to Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.

The musician believes that discipline, together with hard work and consistency, is the surest way to get the attention and confidence of corporate brands.

Speaking to journalists during a question-and-answer session after a courtesy visit to MTN MobileMoney Limited’s office, Shatta Wale explained that the corporate community is always on the lookout for serious and reliable creatives to work with.

“Discipline, hard work and how we push the agenda of everything we do. To have a brand like MoMo Ghana partner my ShattaFest shows that the corporate world is watching and always ready to support people like us,” he said.

The Dancehall artiste’s visit formed part of the artiste’s appreciation tour following the success of ShattaFest 2025 held on October 18, at Independence Square in Accra.

The “Street Crown” hitmaker said the huge turnout at the concert exceeded expectations and served as motivation for him to continue investing in his craft and giving back to his fans.

“We’re all shocked, even I’m shocked about the numbers. I believe everybody should be happy now with the turnout we had,” he said.

Shatta Wale described his collaboration with the telecom giant as a dream come true and announced plans to make ShattaFest an annual event.
