Speaking in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix, Lawyer Robert Twene explained that a man can be arrested for marrying a second wife if his first marriage is legally recognised.
As explained by the lawyer, a man can be arrested for an offence termed bigamy for marrying a second wife.
This education follows the ongoing legal tussle between his first wife, Akosua Serwaa, and Odo Broni.
According to Lawyer Robert Twene, if Akosua Serwaa’s marriage to Daddy Lumba was still valid before his demise, then his association with Odo Broni is void.
