Celebrating the union of Temi Otedola and Mr Eazi at their fairy-tale wedding in Iceland, billionaire Aliko Dangote has vowed to sponsor the naming ceremony of the first child of the couple.

Describing the couple as “very charming, very entrepreneurial”, the richest man in Africa expressed confidence that in a few years, the couple will be among the richest.

“(Addressing Mr Eazi), Our daughter (Temi Otedola) is very, very lucky to have somebody like you, very calm. In fact, I don’t know of any musician who is an entrepreneur and very calm and level-headed like you. So, we thank God for your marriage.

“Knowing that the two of you are always very charming, very entrepreneurial, I’m sure in the next few years we will take a back seat and call you the richest people on earth,” he said.

Dangote also pledged to throw a grand party for the couple when their first child arrives.

“And within the next one year or so, I will throw a very big party for the first child coming on board,” he said.

Beyond the praise, Dangote advised the newlyweds to keep their marriage private and handle conflicts discreetly, free from unnecessary outside interference.
