The younger brother of late Ghanaian TikTok star Frimpong Elvis, popularly known as Osanju, has spoken publicly for the first time since his sibling’s sudden death on Monday, September 1, 2025.

The TikTok community was thrown into mourning after news broke that the vibrant content creator had passed away just hours after interacting with fans in a live session following FC Barcelona’s draw against Rayo Vallecano.

Speaking in an interview with Kumasi-based blogger Nana Baffour, Osanju’s brother recounted the events that unfolded before his tragic demise.

According to him, the social media personality had been in high spirits on Sunday, August 31, 2025, when he watched the Barcelona match and later hosted a live TikTok session.

However, he later complained of a severe headache before bidding farewell to his landlord and retiring to his room.

At around 2 a.m., the landlord reportedly rushed to Osanju’s room after hearing unusual sounds and discovered him lying unconscious on the floor.

He immediately alerted others, who helped rush the TikToker to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.

Unfortunately, efforts to save his life proved futile, as doctors pronounced him dead.

The young man’s passing comes just months after he buried his late mother, Veronica Frimpong, also known as Amonu, in January 2025—a loss that had deeply affected him.

Tributes have since poured in across social media, with fans and colleagues describing Osanju as a lively and inspirational figure who touched lives with his creativity and openness about his struggles.
