Ghanaian creative artiste, David Oscar Dogbe, has touched on the devastating effect of illegal mining to the environment in a recent video in which he reflected on his lowest point as a comedian.

In his narration, he disclosed how those painful experiences ignited his newly found passion for music.

In a video captured during his vacation at Titisee in Germany, he shared a personal and sentimental speech about how life’s challenges can unearth a person’s hidden talents.

“Life of a failed comedian. One day I’m going to tell you how I failed miserably in life and rediscovered myself as a result of that,” he said in a recent video on his YouTube channel.

While pointing to the crystal-clear lake at the tourist attraction, he also brought up the issue of illegal mining, which has become a widespread problem in Ghana.

He highlighted how the practice has destroyed water bodies that could serve countless purposes for citizens.
