Brock Lesnar (L) and his daughter Mya (R) Brock Lesnar (L) and his daughter Mya (R)

When people hear the name Lesnar, they picture Brock, the unstoppable force who conquered WWE rings, UFC cages, and even football fields.

But these days, it’s his daughter, Mya Lynn Lesnar, who’s quietly building a legacy just as fierce, only this time, it’s not in the ring, but in the throwing circle.

Born in April 2002, Mya arrived just as Brock’s wrestling superstardom was taking off, a moment that, by his own words, “changed everything forever.”

While Brock smashed records and opponents worldwide, he made sure his little girl grew up far from the chaos of the spotlight, tucked away in Minnesota’s small-town calm.

But greatness, it seems, runs in the family. Now 23, Mya Lynn Lesnar is one of America’s most promising young track and field stars.

A three-time Section 8AA champion in high school and former Minnesota state champ, she’s made shot put her battlefield, breaking records at Colorado State University, winning the 2024 NCAA Indoor title with a massive 18.53-meter throw, and ranking sixth in the world.

Unlike her father, Mya’s battles don’t come with fireworks and microphones, but her discipline is the same.

She’s known for her quiet determination, often reminding fans that it’s not just the medals that matter, but “the journey and memories that come with it.”

Family remains her biggest motivation. She still calls her dad her inspiration, crediting him for showing her what hard work and grit really look like.

And Brock, “The Beast Incarnate”, is never too far away. He was right there in the stands in March 2024, beaming as his daughter claimed another title for the family name.

While Mya’s dreams include joining the military one day, for now, she’s locked in on chasing further records.
