Asomaniwaa is poised to achieve even greater milestones in football officiating
Meet Asomaniwaa Akoto Akrofi, the 7-year-old referee making waves in the football world. As a pupil at Pentecost Preparatory School, she recently officiated matches during the FIFA Women’s Football Campaign at Koforidua Technical University’s group stage.
Despite her young age, Asomaniwaa discovered her passion for refereeing just a few months ago and has thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
