Veteran Ghanaian gospel musician, Yaw Sarpong, is currently showing encouraging signs of recovery following his recent health challenges.

In a viral video, Yaw Sarpong, who has reportedly been battling stroke, was seen performing with his Asomafo music band, a heartwarming development that has brought joy to fans and loved ones alike.

The video, initially shared on TikTok and later reposted by various platforms, captured the legendary artiste seated during a live church performance.

He was captured surrounded by his long-time collaborator, Maame Tiwaa, and other members of the band.

Together, the group ministered some of Yaw Sarpong’s timeless gospel classics, including the beloved hit ‘Wo Haw Ne Sen’.

Although still visibly in recovery, Yaw Sarpong appeared alert and engaged, singing his verses as Maame Tiwaa led the worship session with heartfelt passion.
